Being self employed I made my own invoicing software because I don't like financial data in the cloud, and because most software had really bad invoice styling. All data is kept on local machine, and can be synced peer2peer (ie to phone). https://projectinvoice.nl/about But I no longer use it since I've landed my first permanent job last year (at 49).
