I'm from the Bay and just over a year ago I joined a YC startup (my first job). It was great going for the first 5 months, till I stopped getting paid.
Every month, she says give her till the following month which has been the trend till now. I am demotivated but she still makes requests.
My question is, what can I do to force her to pay up? My bills are piling up and I held on this long because I believed in her and in the company mission. I feel like such an idiot now.
