How do you manage myopia with 8+ hours of screen time a day?
Especially in a confined space (small homes in Europe, or offices) with no views to infinity.
Any special lenses to simulate distance like rendering the computer as a TV screen across a living room? Or a distance box (containing a photograph and stimulated at 20m distance) like at the optometrists' eye test.
