Ask HN: What trade shows are you attending in 2024 that are open to the public?

Unfortunately trade shows like CES are closed to the general public.

I'm looking for trade shows where you can get inspired with technology and get ideas for businesses. It can be any topic from manufacturing, tools, electronics, food production etc.
