Exactly! As we continue to iterate through the visualization side of the metrics, I think this will become even easier to see. Another benefit of the time tracking is that it helps lessen negative emotional responses when receiving a lot of comments - if you see that someone has spent 30 minutes of their time to review, it helps put it in context and show the effort they're putting into you.
