The Brazilian Supreme Federal Court (STF), through Justice Alexandre de Moraes, ruled on Tuesday (May 2) that the presidents of the Big Tech companies (Google, Meta, Spotify) must testify before the Federal Police (PF) to clarify why they authorized mechanisms that could contribute to potential disinformation against the Fake News Bill (PL das Fake News).
