You need a prescription to get insurance to pay for it but there are plenty of websites that sell dexcom (the best kind) devices dtc. Just search “dexcom purchase” on your favorite search engine. You’ll have to spend several hundred dollars though. Also there are services like levels or January.ai which white-label Abbott devices and handle all the prescription stuff for you.
