So you would be pro a situation like this:

White college kid is caught with intent-to-distribute amount of weed, jury allows them to walk away even though they are guilty.

Black kid is caught with intent-to-distribute amount of weed, jury decides to enforce jail time this time.

I mean what harm would it do?
