- physical servers and VMs

- some microservices

- CI/CD pipelines for every project

- helper scripts

- licenses

- security

- e-mail accounts

- setting up everyone's computers

- wiki and documentation

Moreover:

- understanding compilers and frameworks because "we developers want only to code"

- printer, routers, switches, TV
