I like it a lot. It would also simplify the ".end()" function in jQuery[1], because you could control it with indentation:

  $('.class')
    .find('.sub')
      .remove()
    .find('.stuff')
      .addClass('other')
      .find('.more_stuff')
        .removeClass('things')
    .filter('li')
      .appendTo('#my_list')
