Cloudflare seems to have decided to block "www.youtube.com" from it's adult DNS filter today.

DNS 1.1.1.1 or 1.1.1.2 works, but 1.1.1.3 resolves to 0.0.0.0.

This seems to have changed around 18:00 GMT today... I wonder why!
