And because the people sourced for the story disagreed with it, and all the tech & security experts disagreed (as well as bloggers), and the journalists in question never followed up this incredible bombshell with all of the additional bombshells it should've lead right to as further implants were discovered, and neither did anyone else ever follow it up, and IIRC, didn't some of the journalists quietly leave Bloomberg later? While against all this, the absence of a lawsuit says very little, given how horrible the PR from suing is and how pointless it is suing the very rich Bloomberg corporation in an American jurisdiction for nebulous damages.
