Ask HN: Is there anywhere to buy a Raspberry Pi 3 or 4 at a “normal” price now?

I'm seeing scalper sell the raspberry pi4 2GB which is $45 MSRP for $130 now... The electronics manufacturing shortage/supply chain problems seem to have hit all series of raspberry pi quite hard.
