Tried it, didn't work.

Arch:

  $ exodus /usr/bin/git > ./foo

Ubuntu:

  $ ./foo
  Installing executable bundle in "${HOME}/.exodus"...
  Successfully installed, be sure to add ${HOME}/.exodus/bin to your $PATH.
  $ ~/.exodus/bin/git --version
  fatal: cannot handle x as a builtin
