Ask HN: Hacked or Glitched?

Just a few minutes ago I was writing in notes on my phone when everything I was writing was backspaced and my phone typed tye used you. Can we please discuss whether or not this occurrence was a glitch, a hacker, or my insanity slipping away. I am using an iPhone SE if that matters. Thanks everyone.
