Ask HN: Non fiction books in English well-written?

Hello! I would love to improve my writing in English, specially non-fiction writing. I think the best way to do that is reading a lot, and writing a lot. So I am looking into new sources of material for my reading time.

Can anyone recomend the best non fiction books they've read in English? Any topic is welcome. Thank you!
