Ask HN: What resources are available for hacking victims?

1: I feel like I'm hacked, I can't do anything, I'm completely mentally paralyzed because of it. I badly need help. I would be grateful if those of you knowledgeable in cybersecurity can advise me on what services/types of companies or organizations are available that I can make use of to fix my hacking problem.
