Ask HN: Materials to educate myself on the new Covid vaccines
As the new vaccines are about to reach the general population, I would like to start educating myself on them. I'd feel more confident getting the shot after having a better understanding and I could maybe help convince reluctant people too.
I'm looking for materials such as:
- technical blogs about the vaccines mechanism (mRNA but also traditional ones for a refresher), testing procedures, etc.
- accessible research papers, especially regarding the testing methodology and its statistical results
- infographics
Which materials would you recommend to an engineer with basic scientific understanding of biology so he can educate himself further, without starting a PhD to understand the materials?
