I'm on the other side of that. Something needs to be done about the violent protests as it's gone way passed "free speech". At some point we have to agree that people are not really trying to enact change, but are just angry and acting out violently (or not peacefully). If it means having to send in "unmarked federal agents" to detain them because the local politicians are abdicating their duty to keeping civility within their territory, then so be it. It really is a far cry from what is happening in China.
