Amidst the craziness of everything going on in the world I wanted to extend office hours to anyone that wanted some advice about how to navigate this current situation. I am a YC Alum who currently runs a small business in the student travel space. I would probably be most helpful to anyone in either the travel space, or who is operating a small-business that has been impacted and wants some thoughts on how to communicate to customers as well as navigate the difficult financial burdens this may be placing on your company.
