Ask HN: What do you recommend to check soft-skills

Hi, Recently I had a senior backend dev interview where I was asked to complete a test (http://benchmark.games/) which will check my soft skills. I haven't got the result but I would be interested. I think it can help me to make better career decisions. I already know the DISK personality test but it what I am looking for is a personality test for developers that translates the result to IT language. E.g according to your result you should work for startups, be a freelancer, or bug fixing team, etc.
