I'm glad the author left the part about never having dependency issues with Java projects to the very end (to be fair, saying it is nothing like python issues might be true, I don't use python). I would have stopped reading if that had been at the beginning. My highest ranked stack overflow question (with 100k views) has to do with dependency management on Android. It's a problem everywhere.
