My business partner and I have spent the last two years building a very successful side business while holding down our side jobs. We're close to a million dollars in revenue this year.
We've been plowing almost every penny back into the business thus far and would like to take the plunge full time. We're very confident that we can grow the business at least 5x and have a very clear idea who'd be interested in acquiring us.
Unfortunately, we both have families and really need our salaries. So we're in a weird dilemma where we've kind of reached the limits of how much we can grow the business burning the midnight oil and are thinking about finding an investor to take on some funding.
Any one experienced this situation that would like to offer some advice?
