One person that knows what they are doing is better than a hundred who don't. Junior devs out there, keep learning and keep getting better. You will have to get used to that anyways as development is a never ending treadmill of self-learning and improvement. But it's better to have zero devs messing up the code and forcing new opinions on the development process. As they say, cut your teeth somewhere else.
