I recently (two weeks ago) - went hiking on Mt. Tam in Marin. I played on a beautiful mossy log.

When I got up, I wiped all the leafy detritus off me - and I found a tick. I killed it immediately and gouged his head out of me.

What should I do? Should I be worried about Lyme? How test?

I had a tick only once before on a camping trip in Big Sur - and that one was much bigger than this one - but nothing happened.

Any advice?
