If you do have to be a citizen, I wonder what happens if someone moves to the EU, and becomes a citizen. Does it only apply to data since they became a citizen, or retroactively to all data?
Also, how could facebook verify that you're a citizen or not, couldn't you just say you were always a citizen, just on a greencard in the US for a few years?
