"giving to other engineers features that I would like to do myself" is one that I struggle with as a data science tech lead. If I'm leading a team of people and deciding who does what, I want to give my team members the interesting work and not hog all the cool stuff myself, but I don't think it's a good use of my time to be doing only the tedious stuff. I'm not sure how to strike a balance there.
