4. You aren't "+3.5 sigma big picture" if you went 2 years without launching anything, you let a dude waste your time for 2 years, you can't determine whether you will launch, you think you have a product that can't launch until you "get it right" and your dream in life is to be an EIR (but you are "completely ignorant about the industry")...
