I believe I have the right to gather a group and attack, say, a coal fired power plant that is lowering the quality of my air.

Each and every employee and shareholder of that plant is assaulting me and I thus have a right to shoot them on sight.

For this reason, a true free market would actually have almost no fossil fuel emissions.
