Is the 1871 hub in Chicago worth it?

I'm considering applying for a nights/weekends membership to the 1871 hub in Chicago to work on a software startup. My co-founder is in another city. If anyone has experience with the 1871 hub or another co-working hub, I'd be interested to hear what your experience was. Thanks!
